SYDNEY, Nov 15 (Reuters) - Chinese self-driving firm iMotion Automotive Technology is aiming to raise $100 million in its Hong Kong initial public offering (IPO) due to launch in the last week of November, according to two sources with direct knowledge of the matter. iMotion, which was established in 2016, did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Reuters. The Suzhou-based firm is planning to open the books for its IPO the week after next ahead of starting trade on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) in the first week of December, according to the sources. iMotion had planned to raise $300 million, Bloomberg News reported in March, but has cut the size of its new fund raising target. The deal marks KKR's latest investment in Southeast Asia digital infrastructure, adding to its existing investments that includes the regional data center of Singapore Telecommunications (STEL.SI) and Philippines-based digital infrastructure company Pinnacle Towers. The inclusion of Mubadala as an investor allows CLSRA Venture I to secure further opportunities in the life science real assets sector in China, CBC HIP said. "We will continue to tap the immense potential of life science real assets as a critical component of China's growing healthcare and life science industry," said Hans Kang, Chief Executive Officer of CBC HIP. CLSRA Venture I has so far deployed $450 million across four real estate projects, according to the statement. SINGAPORE, Sept 28 (Reuters) - Singapore state investment firm Temasek's (TEM.UL) wholly owned unit True Light Capital said on Thursday it raised $3.3 billion in its flagship fund that invests in Greater China and has now closed it to new capital. The Singapore-based asset manager said in a statement the True Light Fund I secured capital from global investors including sovereign wealth funds, foundations, financial institutions, and family offices. The closing of the fund indicates that True Light can now focus on investing the capital. The fund will invest alongside Temasek in opportunities related to Greater China, True Light said. It invests directly in private and public equity as well as indirectly through private equity and venture funds, it added.

Reliance Retail is India's largest retailer and is led by Asia's richest person Mukesh Ambani. Of that, QIA last month announced a $1 billion investment and KKR & Co (KKR.N) this week $250 million. Reliance sold a 10.09% stake in its retail unit in 2020, valuing it at 4.68 trillion rupees ($56.4 billion). When ADIA invested in Reliance Retail in 2020, it said it was part of its strategy of targeting market leading businesses in Asia linked to the region's consumption-driven growth. Reliance Retail reported a consolidated net profit of 91.81 billion rupees ($1.11 billion) for the financial year that ended in March 2023, on revenue of 2.6 trillion rupees.

The target indicates a slight delay from his earlier forecast of putting all 204 of its fleet back in service by August. Fernandes did not elaborate on the delay, but said drivers for capacity growth included improving demand from migrating workforce, tourism, students and connecting travellers. "There is a lot of pessimism built into the pricing," she said at a session at the Forbes Global CEO Conference in Singapore. Johnson's comments came as global investors have reduced their appetite for China, discouraged by the country's faltering economic recovery and tensions with the West. Meanwhile, Johnson also sees opportunities in secondary private equities and private credit globally.
